Our Company

Adamya Security Services (P) Ltd. (ASS) is a private military company which has been providing security services since 2012 in Nepal with the motto “Professionally Committed for Security”. The Company has served more than 175 different agencies since its establishment with great professionalism and adorable performances. The Company ensures security through the deployment of professional and honest Ex-Security personnel in an efficient and effective manner in the duty stations. The security personnel are recruited through different level of examinations. The background information of the security personnel is examined in detail. The physical examination is conducted in the beginning of the selection of the security personnel which is followed by written and general psychological examination. An interview is conducted at the final stage of the selection procedure. The candidates who pass all levels of examination including physical phase, written examination, general psychological examination and interview are only recruited as security personnel in Adamya Security Services (ASS). After the recruitment, a week-long orientation and basic training is provided to the security personnel and deployed to the duty station. A duty station familiarization training is conducted under the direct supervision of ASS Operation Officer in the particular duty station.

Lt Col Madhav Thapa (Retd.) is the Chairman of Adamya Security Services (ASS). Adamya Security Services (ASS) is conducted by the Ex-Special Operation Forces officer of Nepali Army with an experience of more than 22 years.

Our Team

Lt Col Madhav Thapa (Retd.), along with Warrant Officer First Bishnu Prashad Nhemaphuki (Retd.) and Warrant Officer Second Roman Thapa (Retd.), runs Adamya Security Services (ASS). The three partners completed the Ranger Basic Course together and served 22 years in the Nepali Army’s elite Special Operations Forces unit, the Mahabir Bn (Ranger). Both warrant officers served as instructors and led the Mechanical Transport Platoon. They established ASS in 2026 after retirement to deliver reliable, professional security services.

The Adamya Security Services (ASS) ensures quality security services and professionally committed for the security. It is conducted by a highly trained former Special Operations Forces (SOF) members of Nepali Army with vast experience and knowledge of security related jobs in Nepal and abroad.
